Our client is actively seeking a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Systems Architect.

This is a contract opportunity that is hybrid to downtown Chicago.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Configuration Management Database (CMDB) contractor will support the strategy, planning, design, implementation, management and performance of Configuration Management solutions that will effectively and efficiently support the strategic objectives and operational needs.
Work with technical stakeholders to define configuration items and classes, their attributes, and data collection that are important to support 2025 launch which consists of custom products.
Ensure timely population into the correct ServiceNow tables to support ITSM modules and business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Understanding capabilities, business applications, services, products, software packages, and their functionality in the ITIL model
Comprehension of and the ability to communicate and implement the ITIL CMDB model
