Job Description
Project:
- The consultant will assist with backlogged work for two primary clients—under the guidance of an architect, with the potential to become client facing once up to speed.
- Working on a custom app, followed by ongoing support.
- The candidate will primarily focus on clearing the backlog, attending business meetings, workshops, and deploying backlog items for testing and client configuration.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of ServiceNow experience
- ITSM
- core platform (configuration, workflow, and integration)
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required
- Basic JavaScript skills
Desired skills:
- Experience with App Engine/Custom Apps/Scope Application
- HRSD or WSD
- A consulting background and familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Experience with SOAP or REST
