Our client, a leading IT Solutions provider that support Fortune 500 enterprises and government bodies, are hiring ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Salesforce CPQ Integration to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will assume a crucial role in crafting, innovating and executing state-of-the-art solutions for the organization’s clientele, ensuring flawless synergy between ServiceNow and Salesforce CPQ.
Responsibilities:
As the ServiceNow Developer, you will design, develop and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on seamless integration with Salesforce CPQ functionalities.
You will gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Configure ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Change Management and Release Management to meet business needs.
Develop custom applications, workflows and scripts in ServiceNow to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
Integrate ServiceNow with Salesforce CPQ using APIs, web services and middleware solutions.
Maintain technical documentation, including design documents, specifications and test plans.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders throughout projects.
Qualifications:
Preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar.
At least five years of experience in ServiceNow development, specializing in IT Service Management (ITSM) modules.
Practical knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and its seamless integration with ServiceNow.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and other pertinent web technologies utilized in ServiceNow development.
Experience working with ServiceNow REST and SOAP APIs for integration purposes.
A solid grasp of ITIL processes and industry best practices.
