Job Description

Overview: One of Insight Global’s higher education clients is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to join their team in Millcreek, UT! They will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications and integrations to drive business efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, they will help mentor and guide junior engineers through the engineering lifecycle as needed.

Day-to-day:

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications, including custom modules and workflows.
• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow issues for internal staff
• Mentor junior developers
• Stay current with ServiceNow updates, best practices, and industry trends

Must-haves:

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and administration
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules
• Ability to mentor junior developers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Millcreek, UT
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant field

Plusses:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• Master’s degree in computer science or a relevant field

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
