Little Caesars, America’s best value in pizza, is looking for energetic and fun people to join our team at our location in Mesa, AZ. We are hiring hourly Shift Lead Managers for the morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
The Shift Lead delivers over the top guest experience while working in a variety of roles within the restaurant. Whether they are making dough or helping our customers the front counter, they are focused on the Hot n Ready food, efficiently running the shift and creating happy customers.
This position works all the stations in the pizza restaurant and provides training to crew members at Cashier, Landing pizzas and getting orders together, sauce cheese and top pizzas, make dough and sauce, prep for next day and clean floors and counters.
We are also hiring for specific shifts: 1) 7;30am - 4pm and 2) 3pm - 10:30pm. (20-40 hours per week).

If you have prior restaurant shift leader or assistant manager experience you are encouraged to apply. Full and part time positions are available. Please designate how many hours and days you are available to work, which hours you are available to work and how many hours per week you are available to work. Also, designate which store or stores listed you are available to work at.
Weekends are very busy and would be required to work 2 of the 3 weekend days (Friday, Saturday or Sunday).
