- Hands-On Learning: Start as a Shop Helper and gain valuable, hands-on experience in manufacturing.
- Explore Different Departments: Participate in weekly activities designed to give you insight into all areas of our manufacturing process, from machining to assembly and quality control.
- Build Connections: Join a supportive group of peers with regular group lunches and activities, fostering a strong sense of teamwork and community.
- Career Placement: After successfully completing the program and demonstrating alignment with our core values, you'll be placed within a department that best matches your skills and interests.
