Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Shopify Developer to support our growing e-commerce team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our in-house developer to bring engaging, conversion-focused digital experiences to life. Your work will play a key role in optimizing our Shopify Plus storefronts, improving site performance, and supporting international expansion efforts.
We're looking for a self-motivated developer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings a meticulous approach to testing, QA, and clean coding practices.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain custom Shopify Plus themes and functionality using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and third-party apps
- Build reusable components and dynamic sections for our custom Shopify theme
- Collaborate with designers and developers to translate mockups into responsive, high-performing front-end experiences
- Integrate and QA-test third-party apps and Shopify services, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility
- Support internationalization/localization efforts for global storefronts
- Implement best practices for performance, SEO, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Shopify Plus, including theme customization and app integrations
- Proficient in modern front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as TailwindCSS
- Strong working knowledge of Liquid, Node.js, React or Vue, JSON, jQuery
- Familiarity with Shopify ecosystem tools and features like Klaviyo, Yotpo/Swell, ReCharge, Shopify Functions, Metaobjects, and accelerated payment options
- Experience developing for international markets and localized storefronts is a strong plus
- Design and UI/UX sensibilities are highly valued
- Excellent QA, debugging, and cross-browser testing skills
- Experience with full stack development and e-commerce inventory/integration workflows
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, team-first mindset
