About the Role:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional teletherapy services to clients throughout Alabama. With the support of advanced teletherapy technology, you will assess clients, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy sessions remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
Create and implement individualized teletherapy treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
Utilize evidence-based practices and innovative technology to deliver high-quality therapy sessions.
Collaborate effectively with caregivers, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility for clinical fellowship (CFY).
Active state licensure in Alabama.
