Job Title: Senior C++ Engineer – Low Latency Trading Systems
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Relocation available)

Are you a systems-level C++ engineer passionate about high-performance computing and real-time data? A leading proprietary trading firm is looking for senior developers to join their elite engineering team supporting ultra-low-latency signal generation and trading infrastructure.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and build latency-sensitive systems for ingesting real-time market data and generating trade signals
- Optimize multithreaded C++ code for performance, throughput, and reliability
- Work closely with traders and quants to productionize research tools and strategies
- Collaborate in a pod-based, open-codebase environment with high autonomy and high impact
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of professional experience with modern C++ (C++11/14/17)
- Deep expertise in low-latency , high-throughput , or real-time systems
- Strong understanding of systems architecture, performance tuning, and multithreading
- Background in high-frequency trading, quant finance, or performance-critical domains (e.g., gaming engines, infrastructure, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with market data pipelines, FIX/ITCH protocols, or order book handling
- Prior work in proprietary trading, HFT, or quant research environments
- Top-tier academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
