Role: Software Engineer

Location: San Francisco, CA - Onsite

Compensation: $120k-$230k + Equity - DOE - Multiple hires hence the range + Equity

I am partnered with an organization who are disrupting a $200 billion a year industry with their internet marketplace which allows specialist recruiters to partner with start-up and enterprise clients within their niche.

This platform is a game changer for the industry and the company is growing at an incredible rate, this really is a journey you would not want to miss out on as an engineer.

The company is based in San Francisco and they work on-site where they have a very collaborative and high-performance environment. A direct example I can give you of this is I use the platform and suggested them a new feature which would enable me to have more clarity in a few areas, within 2 days it was live on the platform for me.

They are open to the level of engineer they are looking for, the main thing for them would be that you are a problem solver and someone who is a doer. To be considered for the role they would like you to have the following background:

• 2 years+ engineering experience – for grads with strong internships and good education there is flex
• Experience working in fast-paced environments, ideally early-stage start-ups that are high growth
• Fullstack engineering building products
• Experience with their tech stack would be nice – React.js, Postgres, Next.js, Typescript, Vercel, GCP – Can be flexible on this
• Computer science degree – Ideally from a top college
