Requirements
What We re Looking For:
- No Prior Experience Needed! Full training provided to integrate you into our team.
- 1 year of solar installation experience is a plus but not required.
- Roofing or construction experience preferred.
- Familiarity with electrical wiring and power tools is a bonus.
- OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential!
What You ll Do:
- Assist in installing residential and commercial solar systems.
- Learn to operate tools run electrical conduit and install wiring.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver highquality installations.
Experience:
- Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
- Roofing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Solar Installation: 1 year (Preferred)
Location & Travel:
- Based in central Phoenix AZ with required travel to job sites. Transportation is provided for jobrelated travel.
