Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
  
• Weekends as needed
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• No Prior Experience Needed!  Full training provided to integrate you into our team.
  
• 1 year of solar installation experience is a plus, but not required.
  
• Roofing or construction experience preferred.
  
• Familiarity with electrical wiring and power tools is a bonus.
  
• OSHA 10 certification   preferred but not required.
  
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential!
  

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in installing residential and commercial solar systems.
  
• Learn to operate tools, run electrical conduit, and install wiring.
  
• Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver high-quality installations.
  

Experience:

• Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
  
• Roofing: 1 year (Preferred)
  
• Solar Installation: 1 year (Preferred)
  

Location & Travel:

• Based in   central Phoenix, AZ , with required travel to job sites.   Transportation is provided   for job-related travel.
  

License/Certification:

• OSHA 10 (Preferred)
