Key Responsibilities:
Design and tailor special education curriculum for effective online delivery.
Develop customized digital learning resources to meet the unique needs of each student.
Create and manage virtual Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and learning plans.
Deliver online instruction and provide ongoing support to students with disabilities.
Work alongside general education teachers to integrate inclusive practices into the classroom.
Conduct virtual assessments and monitor student progress to ensure their success.
Engage in professional development and contribute to team planning sessions to enhance educational practices.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Special Education or Curriculum Development.
Valid teaching license with a special education endorsement.
At least 4 years of experience in special education and curriculum design.
Proficiency with educational technology and learning management systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing online educational resources.
