What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide individual and group speech-language therapy to K–12 students in a school-based setting.
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals and ensure student success.
- Document progress and maintain records in compliance with IDEA, HIPAA, and FERPA.
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional recommendations and supporting parents and staff.
- Help foster a learning environment where students develop confidence in communication and thrive.
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
- Active and valid California SLP license (or in process).
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- School-based experience is preferred; CFs are encouraged to apply!
