Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor staff and students, and assist in developing in-service training programs for ongoing professional development.
Provide expert advice and direct complex issues to the appropriate team members.
Educate students and families about important aspects of care.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, and communication skills using teletherapy platforms.
Modify treatment plans as necessary based on client progress and feedback.
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and other healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive approach to therapy.
Qualifications:
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
At least two years of experience in a school setting.
Master's degree in Speech and Communication.
Professional Liability Insurance (upon offer).
