looking for an Sr. Operations Analyst (FINRA/SEC, Regulatory & Compliance) to work on a Contract role, 12+ Months (Role has high Potential to extend) = Hybrid Role at St. Pete, FL 33716 (preferred) or Memphis, TN 38120 with a Direct Client = only on W2 for US Citizen or Green Card Holders.
Job Description:
Role is Focused on Following (Skills/Duties):
- FINRA Series (Required)
- Regulatory and Compliance
- SEC, FINRA and OCC Reporting
- Quality Review and Audits
- Compliance Policies in collaboration with legal, compliance and trading desks Teams.
- Collaborated cross-functionally
NOTES from Hiring Manager:
- Hybrid role for candidates local to either St. Petersburg, FL 33716 (preferred) or Memphis, TN 38120.
- Will work onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week
- Laptop provided
- Opportunity for extension or conversion based on attendance, performance, and availability of a Full-time opening
- It is a payroll project (developing test scripts right now).
- Looking for a someone who will help us with testing through the process. Will train on how the Client’s pay roll system works.
- Attend the weekly meeting, learning about the system.
- Help writing user guides for the new system.
- Any financial background would be a plus.
- Registered series SIE/Series 7/Series 63/Series 24 (Any One is must)
- This cand would be sitting on the Business side, Technical cands is not required for this role.
