Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project/Construction Manager at CCM California Construction Management in Oceanside, CA. The role involves overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in project and construction management related to K-14 Education Projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field a plus
- Certifications such as PMP are a plus
- DSA experience a must
