Responsibilities:
- Lead both functional and technical aspects of Salesforce projects, including integrations.
- Collaborate with both onsite and offshore team members to gather user requirements and support their development.
- Advise clients on effective solutions to address business challenges and ensure successful adoption.
- Create reusable templates and processes to maintain high delivery standards.
- Facilitate workshops and engage with technical and QA teams to ensure systems align with business needs.
- Implement and support Agile practices throughout project execution.
- Ensure that all developed solutions effectively meet business requirements.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or CRM systems.
- Proven experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) projects.
- Background in business domains such as Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Expertise in requirements gathering and leading client workshops.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and work closely with technical teams to deliver results.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, oral, and written communication skills.
- Outstanding analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.
