This Sterile Compounding Lab Manager (Pharmacist) will join an independent pharmacy company in the Mount Pleasant, SC area near Charleston. This pharmacy has a sterile compounding lab and lab staff, which this person will oversee. It's imperative that this Pharmacist have a background specifically in sterile compounding and some leadership to be able to hit the ground running with leading this lab team. The salary range will vary based upon individual candidates' relevant experience across a range of $150K-$175K plus incentives/bonuses based upon lab performance.
