Store Leader – Smack & Snack Location: Tampa, Florida
About the Role At Smack & Snack, we don’t just serve snacks — we serve joy, one crispy bite at a time. We're looking for someone energetic, hands-on, and ready to take the lead in one of our fast-growing locations.
As a Store Leader, you'll be the face of the brand — making sure the team runs smoothly, customers leave happy, and the vibe stays upbeat and delicious.
What You’ll Do - Deliver amazing service and create great customer experiences.
- Oversee daily store operations with a smile.
- Lead, motivate, and support your team.
- Help meet sales goals and improve store performance.
- Keep everything running clean, smooth, and snack-worthy.
What We’re Looking For - A positive attitude and a go-getter mindset.
- Good communication skills and a team spirit.
- Experience in retail or food service is a plus (but not required).
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
