Store Manager – Aspen, CO
Salary: $100,000 annually

About the Role:
The Store Manager will be responsible for driving business results through exceptional client experiences, team leadership, and operational excellence. This individual will lead by example on the sales floor, fostering a positive and motivating atmosphere that reflects the brand’s elevated standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the store team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized outreach and styling expertise
- Coach and motivate associates through consistent, on-the-floor feedback and performance management
- Partner with cross-functional teams on visual merchandising, operations, and HR initiatives
- Ensure the store reflects the brand’s image through visual excellence and attention to detail
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability
- Oversee payroll, scheduling, and other operational processes to ensure smooth daily execution
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire others
- Highly organized and adaptable to changing priorities

- Schedule: Full-time, must be available for weekends and holidays as needed
