Job Description:

Safe Space Cumberland is seeking a passionate and organized Street Team Director to lead our community outreach and vendor event program in Allegany County, MD. This volunteer position will coordinate a team of town representatives and volunteers to support marketing, outreach, and community events across the county.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 28 Town Representatives and 140 volunteers.
• Coordinate monthly meetings to discuss strategies, events, and outreach.
• Manage logistics for vendor events, ensuring proper staffing and coordination.
• Build relationships with local businesses, vendors, and community members.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and project management experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Previous event planning or community organizing experience is a plus.
• Passion for serving the local community.

Time Commitment: 10-15 hours/week.
