Job Description
We are seeking Cable Techs to support structured cabling and low voltage work at a hyperscale data center project. Ideal candidates will have electrical, wiring, or cabling experience. This role offers plenty of overtime—up to 60 hours a week —perfect for someone looking to earn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
- Install, terminate, and splice CAT5e, CAT6, and fiber optic cables
- Run and route cable, label, dress, and assist with testing
- Help build out MDF/IDF rooms, racks, patch panels, and trays
- Follow all site safety and quality standards
- Work alongside experienced techs and learn on the job
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years of experience working in Data Center environments - structured cabling or low voltage
- Comfortable using hand/power tools and working on ladders or lifts
- Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
- Open to working overtime and weekends as needed
- Experience with copper and fiber terminations
- Must have PPE and reliable transportation
- OSHA/BICSI certs a plus
