Position Title: Studio Manager
Location: Newport Beach, CA
Salary: $80,000
About the Role:
As the Studio Manager, you'll lead and oversee all aspects of our studio, including both piercing services and earring sales. Your role will involve managing a team of Managers, Sales Associates, and Piercers to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve revenue goals. You’ll ensure smooth operations, drive sales, and support a positive and collaborative work environment. This position reports to the West Coast Area Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall studio performance and drive revenue growth
- Set clear expectations and sales targets for the team
- Provide outstanding customer service, educating guests on our offerings
- Implement service recovery practices and handle guest feedback
- Manage scheduling and payroll accuracy
- Oversee studio operations, ensuring safety and compliance
- Lead team recruitment, onboarding, training, and development
- Foster a positive team culture through collaboration and trust
Requirements:
- 2+ years of management experience, preferably in retail or service-based environments
- Ability to lead a team of 7+ employees
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage change
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 20 lbs
- Must be able to handle chemicals safely
- Available for 40 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends
