Our client a general contractor focusing on federal work - new construction, renovation, remodels, as well as facility repairs and upgrades. Our portfolio involves a lot of base work. Small team, big projects, even bigger benefits!

What You Will Be Doing

• Onsite management of workers that are contributing to new construction and renovation projects

• Work with project management and others to ensure project is delivered on time

• Ensure safety onsite of the projects

• Some travel throughout the state of Texas

What You Need for this Position

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or related field preferred, not required
• 5+ years working as a Superintendent for government or federal construction projects
• Strong understanding of GSA and FAA regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
