Position Title: Supply Chain / Logistics Analyst
Location: San Antonio, TX (Local Candidates Only)
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder Required
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our Supply Chain Engineering team. This role supports daily operations and strategic initiatives across supply chain and production functions, with a strong emphasis on warehouse logistics and data-driven process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and sustain Lean Material Flow strategies across plant and warehouse operations
- Develop and maintain standard work instructions for materials team members
- Own and manage layout designs for supply chain-managed footprints
- Analyze data for upcoming product launches and job planning
- Set up new parts for warehouse and line-side production
- Define delivery methods based on demand forecasts
- Collaborate with Material Handling and Receiving teams to ensure operational efficiency
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations in a warehouse environment
- Proven experience with ERP systems and administration
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI
- Experience creating and managing Power BI dashboards and reports
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive process improvements
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable presenting to stakeholders at all organizational levels
- High attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
- Self-starter with strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability
