*** This is a Remote + Travel opportunity. Travel to our clients across the Greater Chicago area and out of state is required. ***
We are looking for a dynamic IT Systems Network Administrator (Engineer) with both Microsoft systems administration and general networking experience. As a Systems Network Engineer / Administrator, you will:
- Join our elite Professional Services team;
- Establish, Maintain, and Provide the engineering direction needed to connect and configure Microsoft servers on enterprise networks for Prescients' clients;
- Support clients both remotely and on site; and
- Travel to client sites within the Greater Chicago area as well as to other states, as needed.
- Integrates new Remote Managed Services clients;
- Evaluates client-generated requirements and works with them to ensure the implementation meets their needs;
- Works with internal and clients' technicians and engineering groups to troubleshoot and resolve issues;
- Prepares operational and technical documentation;
- Performs other duties and assists with special projects, as needed; and
- Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
