The Tax/Fund Accounting Manager will support a dynamic financial services firm. This role will report to the CFO, and be responsible for a blend of partnership tax and fund accounting/financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of public accounting experience, knowledge of Partnership Tax, and the desire to continue to learn and grow.
· Manage outsourced partnership tax return prep, including reviewing tax returns, conducting tax research, and partnering with various external firms.
· Analyze tax information and create projects, estimates, and other financial information.
· Prepare fund financial statements, including all supporting financial data.
· Conduct financial analysis of fund financial information.
· Ad-hoc projects analysis
· BS in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or similar
· 3+ years of public accounting experience - specifically experience with partnership tax with 1 year as a Senior Associate
