Title: Technical Program Manager

Estimate End Date: through EOY (long term contract with right to hire)

Location: onsite to Westborough or North Reading, MA

Top 3 requirements:

1. Mechanical engineering background

2. 2+ years of technical program management experience overseeing engineering teams

3. Experience managing hardware design, supply chain, full development effort, material, everything from design to product launch (NPI)

4.Must have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

Project 1 –
client's team needs TPM - launching prototype - depending on how that goes, they'll redesign or retool design for a Beta release by EOY
Design is locked - but need PgM to manage day to day for hardware TPM role
Least formal PgM experience required here, primarily hardware design and redesign experience

Project 2 -
Has R&D team already established, this program is now transitioning to production program
New Product Initiation program
Will need technical program manager - need to implement agile framework around hardware development
TPM responsible for moving product into alpha phase
