We are seeking a highly technical Technical Program Manager (TPM) with expertise in mobile development to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. This role focuses on tech-ready data, software features, and releases, supporting both residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in managing large-scale, high-impact projects across iOS and Android platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage projects, ensuring seamless execution across multiple teams.
- Work closely with developers, cross-platform teams, and senior leadership (SLT) to align on project goals and timelines.
- Ensure fast-paced software releases within a single quarter, maintaining a strong sense of urgency.
- Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC), from design to development and release.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate technical discussions, resolve roadblocks, and optimize workflows.
- Track and monitor project milestones, adjusting scope, timing, and budgets as needed to meet business needs.
- Communicate program strategies, updates, and challenges to IT leadership, business stakeholders, and consultants.
- Utilize project management tools such as JIRA and Smartsheet (preferred) to maintain organization and transparency.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in technical program or project management, preferably in mobile development.
- Strong understanding of iOS and Android development and the ability to work closely with developers.
- Experience working within large enterprises, with Comcast experience being a strong plus.
- Proficiency in managing software features, development cycles, and high-speed releases.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, release management, and enterprise-wide IT projects.
- Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, or similar) preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
