Exciting Technology Company looking for Telecom / NOC Support technician onsite in Las Vegas in a NOC environment.

Shifts:

They are 24/7, but they don't flip you around on different shifts on short notice. You will be working the shift you are assigned to for a certain amount of time and then if they need to move you, then you will have plenty of notice.

Onsite role, no Travel. This is an onsite role, not traveling to different job sites.

Required skills:

• Remote Support Experience.
• Great customer service experience and de-escalation.
• Experience with power system monitoring and alarms
• Experience with facilities maintenance systems
• Trouble ticket resolution, triaging, etc.
• Network connectivity support
• Experience working in a Telco NOC or working at a company where you troubleshot circuits connectivity issues and worked with Carrier's to resolve issues.
