Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and therapy sessions to meet speech and language goals.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school professionals to support students' academic progress and social development.
Monitor and document student progress through regular reports and meetings.
Offer guidance and support to teachers and staff on effective communication strategies in the classroom.
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and assist in setting IEP goals and accommodations.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
State licensure (CCC-SLP) and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
