Job Title: Senior Software Test Engineer (Salesforce & ServiceNow Integration)

Location: Remote, USA

Work Hours: PST/MST Time Zone

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Test Engineer with expertise in Salesforce and ServiceNow integration testing . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in API testing, test automation, and end-to-end validation of enterprise applications.

Must-Have Skills:

• Salesforce Testing Expertise – 3+ years Experience in testing Salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations.
• ServiceNow Testing Experience – 3+ years Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules and integration validation.
• API Testing – 5+ years Proficiency in testing REST/SOAP APIs using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or similar.
• Test Automation – 3+ years Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, or Cypress.
• Performance & Load Testing – Knowledge of JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools.
• Defect Management – Experience with tools like JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
• CI/CD & DevOps Exposure – Familiarity with test automation within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps).
• Scripting & Querying – Ability to write SQL queries for backend validation and knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Java.
• Agile & SDLC Knowledge – Experience in Agile development methodologies, Scrum, and test planning.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ , ServiceNow ITSM, or ITOM.
• Hands-on experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools.
• Security & compliance testing knowledge in regulated environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce and ServiceNow integrations.
• Validate end-to-end workflows, data consistency, and system integrations .
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts for regression and functional testing.
• Identify, log, and track defects while collaborating with developers for resolution.
• Ensure test environments are properly configured for integration testing.
• Support performance and scalability testing for enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria .
• Stay updated with new Salesforce and ServiceNow releases and assess their impact on testing.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing with at least 2+ years focused on Salesforce & ServiceNow .
• Industry certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Salesforce Certified Tester, ServiceNow CSA ) are a plus.
