Specialized agency is looking for a versatile mid-level traffic/ creative project manager to serve as the link between a well known top brands and agency in the successful execution and delivery of projects including digital, traditional, animation and environmental using Monday.com.
Being well versed in Monday.com will allow you to manage projects/process with scopes, timelines and budgets to ensure a smooth process with on-time delivery.
This is a coverage contract role (initially) that can turn into perm.
This creative PM will gain great exposure working under leadership and closely with creative teams, strategists helping to manage process between creative, clients and production.
Other Responsibilities:
- Managing project production from initial intake to final completion using Monday.com
- Scoping, budgeting and resource management
- Oversee creative related to events to ensure smooth process with on-time delivery
- Conduct daily evaluation with manager of workload balance and assignments
- Communicate and manage project expectations with the creative team and clients
- Build trusting and collaborative relationships with account managers, art directors,
producers, and clients assigned to a brand
- Identify risks and potential issues working with teams and management on resolutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of creative management in an agency setting
- Advanced Project Management Software experience with Monday.com
- Fluency of creative project best practices, industry standards, and compliance, requirements
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to develop highly effective relationships, internally and externally
- Positive attitude with focus on the success of the team over individual accomplishments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in project management
- Passion for innovation and collaboration
