Job Description
In need of a Manager or Training Supervisor to help with scheduling, training, leading presentations and conferences within the law enforcement industry.
- Developing and overseeing the training programs for security personnel. This role involves creating, organizing, scheduling, and conducting various training sessions, both in-office and on-site.
-Ideally someone with a deep understanding of the security industry. Leading the Training - Division and providing input on existing training materials and programs.
- Review operating procedures, ensure physicals are being administered and complied to.
- Maintain relationships with outside vendors for training purposes, work alongside certified instructors, track calendars for certificate deadlines etc.
- Assist with research and development on an as-needed basis, including product testing, innovations, technology, and new business presentations.
This role will grow into a Director position with a year.
