Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Traveling Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up and renovation projects across Texas and neighboring states. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily onsite construction activities from start to finish.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulations.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, and quality control.
- Serve as the primary onsite contact for clients and project teams.
- Travel primarily within Texas, with occasional assignments in nearby states.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience as a commercial construction superintendent.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Experience with various commercial project types preferred.
