We’re a nationwide general contractor specializing in restaurant construction, and we’re hiring a Traveling Superintendent to join our team. You'll take the lead on ground-up and remodel projects for well-known brands like Culver’s, Applebee’s, Scramblers, and Blaze Pizza — managing job sites across the Midwest.
🛠️ What You'll Do:
- Supervise daily site operations from mobilization to closeout
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and punch lists
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to spec
- Maintain high standards for jobsite safety and quality
- Collaborate with project managers and clients throughout the build
✅ What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Restaurant or fast-paced retail construction experience highly preferred
- Willingness to travel for extended periods (Midwest region)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with daily reporting, scheduling tools, and jobsite coordination
