Job Title: UI/UX Designer (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Conduct user research to understand user needs, goals, and pain points.
Create personas, journey maps, and usability reports to inform design decisions
Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that illustrate user interface functionality.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine designs based on feedback.
Design responsive and accessible interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders.
Conduct usability testing to validate designs and gather insights.
Iterate on designs to optimize user experience based on feedback and analytics.
Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines while exploring creative solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative ideas into the design process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with usability testing tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA compliance).
Background in visual design or graphic design.
Federal Experience is a plus.
Required Security clearance.
