Job Description:

As an Experience Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Client Reporting tool by challenging the status quo of mediocre UX and visual design. In this role, you will work closely with our partners in Product and Engineering to ensure the seamless integration of design and functionality, helping to define and drive the product vision from concept through to execution. Your expertise in UX and visual design will be key in creating both an exceptional digital experience for our internal and external clients.

Skills:

• Design and produce high-performing creative concepts that reflect the client brand and delivers on key performance metrics.
• Create user centric interface designs that are intuitive and visually compelling to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to illustration your vision.
• A thorough understanding of data visualization and how to simplify and display complex data while ensuring it's accuracy.
• Experience with interaction design to enhance the user's ability to engage with data.
• Provide examples of successfully launched product designs that demonstrate strategic, conceptual, and creative thinking.
• Must be organized, able to work independently and as a team, and able to switch rapidly between different projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, incorporating feedback interatively.
• Be able to work within a design system that follows brand guidelines..

Non-negotiable skills:

UI/UX background 3+, Data visualization, report tools

Education:

Bachelor's degree in design or experience in a related field is required Minimum of 3+ years' experience working in an agency or design team Expert in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and working within a Design System.

Strong creative problem-solving abilities Must be flexible and resilient with the ability to give and take direction from multiple teams within the organization
