Our client, a prestigious US law firm with a top-tier capital markets practice, is seeking high-calibre mid-level US-qualified associates to join its Hong Kong office. This is a rare platform to work on market-defining US and Hong Kong capital markets transactions, advising leading issuers, investment banks and private equity sponsors on high-value, cross-border mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise high-growth and new economy companies, financial institutions and sponsors on IPOs, follow-ons, convertible bonds, PIPEs and growth equity investments.
- Act on US and Hong Kong capital markets transactions, including SEC-registered offerings and Hong Kong Stock Exchange listings.
- Support clients on M&A, take-privates, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
- Work directly with entrepreneurs, investors and banks shaping Asia-Pacific’s capital markets landscape.
Requirements
- US admission essential, with 2–6 years’ strong capital markets / IPO experience.
- JD/LLM from a top-tier US law school.
- Mandarin fluency required.
- Excellent drafting ability, communication skills and commercial awareness.
