- Perform internet market research on a variety of vehicle types (Heavy Duty Trucks, Light Duty Commercial Trucks, Trailers, Commercial and Agricultural Equipment, Recreational Vehicles, Golf Cars, Motorcycles, Customized Motorcycles, Specialty Vehicles {Limousines, Police, Antique, Collectable, Classic, Muscle, Hi Performance Lamborghini Ferrari type cars to mention a few} Etc.
- Answer phone inquiries from customers with respect to vehicle valuation products and provide documented solutions in the settlement of a vehicle claim
- Follow the valuations process to insure complete and accurate use of database resources.
- Provide accurate, fair market valuations of total loss vehicles for the insurance industry.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Strong organizational skills with emphasis on attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong mathematical / analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively on the phone and in written form.
