Job Description
I am partnered with a growing company looking to hire a senior leader for their production department. The role reports to the CTO and is a hybrid role on the East Coast of the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Control broad operational aspects of manufacturing functions
- Oversee vendor qualification, audit processes, and long-term capacity and supply planning
- Ensure GMP regulation compliance and internal quality standards
- Lead and oversee tech-transfer operations
- Drive continuous improvement in undefined performance areas
Requirements
- MSc in Chemistry or related scientific discipline (PhD preferred)
- Strong understanding of CMC requirements and regulatory dossier submissions (EMA, FDA)
- Proven background leading teams in a GMP environment
- Strong communication and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent knowledge of GxP guidelines
