Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a talented Videographer/Editor to support creative production efforts for national advertising campaigns.

You Will:

Shoot and edit high-end video content for digital and broadcast campaigns, including interviews, product and lifestyle content, and branded storytelling.
Work closely with creative directors and designers to bring polished visual narratives to life.
Capture and engineer on-set sound as part of video production responsibilities.
Perform color correction and post-production editing to align with agency quality standards and client branding.
Provide guidance and recommendations on camera, lighting, and audio equipment for in-house studio setups and location shoots.
Collaborate with creative team members to ensure motion and graphic elements integrate smoothly into final edits.
Travel occasionally to major production locations including New York and Los Angeles.

You Have:

A strong reel demonstrating experience with high-end advertising and branded content production.
Expertise in shooting video, capturing sound, and editing with attention to pacing, narrative, and tone.
Proficiency with industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
Understanding of color grading and post-production workflows for commercial projects.
Ability to work independently and on-set with small crews, adapting quickly to fast-paced agency timelines.
Familiarity with production gear and a clear point of view on optimal equipment setups for agency environments.

Start Date/Duration: Starting ASAP
Hours/Week: 40 Hours/Week
Onsite/Offsite: Hybrid working in Indianapolis, Indiana (Occasionally Meetings and Ideally One Day/Week in Office with Flex)
Occasional travel to NY or LA
Laptop/Software Requirements: Client-Provided Laptop & Software
