Virtual Recruiter All Wax Candle Company ( is now seeking for Virtual Recruiters to work as independent contractors, from the comfort of their own homes in the U.S. only.
With the support and branding of a professional national candle company, you can enjoy the freedom, flexibility, and profitability of independent recruiting. You will get to decide the hours and days that suit you best, with the ability to work up to 50 hours per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruit Independent Candle Sales Distributors to sell and market All Wax Candle Company's amazing products.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience with inbound customer service, outbound B2B calling, telemarketing, or sales. You must have outbound telemarketing/recruitment experience. You must be upbeat and friendly.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Internet, computer, telephone, or cell phone with unlimited long distance.
COMPENSATION: $15.00 per recruited. Earn up to $1,100 per week, with a commission compensation ranging from $500 to $1,100 per week.
All 1099 contractor payments are paid bi-weekly.
