Job Description

Pennant Solutions Group is hiring a VMware Engineer in Arlington, VA. We are looking for:

A minimum of 7 years of System Engineering experience
An MCSE 2012/2016/2019 certification

Active TS/SCI

• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
• User account creation
• Basic AD understanding
• Experience with VMWare products
• VMware vSphere
• VMware Horizon
• Installation and configuration
• Troubleshooting
• VDI image creation and maintenance
• Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 or newer
• Installation and configuration
• Can manage and coordinate direct customer interactions from incoming calls, walk-up’s, emails, support calls, and via third-party
• Have knowledge of group policy design, creation, and management
• Have knowledge of VMWare VDI solutions
• Have experience with scripting including Visual Basic and Windows PowerShell
• Have an Information Assurance Technical Level II baseline certification in accordance with DoD 8140.01 ""Cyberspace Workforce Management""
• Are ITIL v3 Foundation certified
