**Job Description:**
We are looking for a creative and passionate Wedding Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to capture beautiful, candid moments and formal portraits. You will be responsible for documenting weddings from start to finish, ensuring every special moment is captured with professionalism and artistic vision.
**Responsibilities:**
- Capture high-quality images of weddings and related events, including engagement sessions and pre-wedding ceremonies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding photos.
- Provide direction to clients and wedding parties to ensure optimal photo opportunities.
- Edit and retouch photos to meet our quality standards and deliver a polished final product.
- Maintain and manage photography equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Deliver photos in a timely manner, adhering to deadlines.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Wedding Photographer with a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Proficiency in photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and editing software.
- Excellent knowledge of photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to capture candid moments.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes with ease.
- Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Degree in Photography, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Membership in professional photography organizations.
- Experience with videography is a plus.
