Frederick Fox has partnered with a nationally leading organization in their search for a strong Workday Analyst. In this role, you will be joining a robust internal team of Workday personnel to support a pending go-live, and providing ongoing supporting. The main focus includes data conversion, Payroll, Time & Labor, as reporting.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support Workday modules: HCM + Benefits, Advanced Compensation, PATT
- Maintain Workday Prism
- Configure and troubleshoot EIBs, Eligibility Rules, and Condition Rules
- Maintain data integrity via audits, imports/exports
- Develop, and enhance dashboards and reports
- Provide support and training to end-users
Requirements
- BS Degree
- 2+ years of Workday configuration and data management
- Strong configuration experience to include some combination of; Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits, Advanced Compensation
- Strong experience with PRISM, Extend, EIBs, business processes, reporting, and integrations
